Once you have defended your thesis/dissertation and have incorporated the changes requested by your committee, print out a review copy of your document (single-sided) on regular paper and bring it in to the Graduate College for review. You must turn in your document by this date if you are wanting to graduate in May.

Hurry in! We usually work on documents in the order they were received, so the earlier you get it in to us, the earlier we can return it to you. To stay updated on where we are in the process, check out our Facebook page.

In addition to meeting with peers to exchange ideas, encouragement, and experiences, the Meet & Greet will include workshops in using the Graduate College template, troubleshooting document issues, creating and keeping a writing schedule, as well as other tools to assist in the dissertation process.

The goal of these workshops is to start a routine, provide practical information and strategies, and to provide a means for meeting and interacting with peers who are likewise working through their dissertation process.

The event will occur over the entirety of Spring break, with workshops every morning from 9:30am until 11:30am in the old Business Building, room 301. Each day will be broken up into practical workshops, peer-engagement, questions and answer times, as well as writing space and time.

Please contact Jodi Chilson (jodichilson@boisestate.edu) if there are specific things you would like covered during the scheduled time, so we can plan resources to ensure those items are covered.
